By entering the event space, you agree that all photographs and video footage captured of you (the “Content”) by HSBC or by any agent of HSBC maybe used by or on behalf of HSBC throughout the world in connection with the merchandising, publicity and/or promotion of HSBC’s services or for any reasonably incidental purposes (the “Purpose”).
