When and what time is the Picnic in the park?

The Picnic in the Park will take place on Saturday 2nd March, from 2pm till 7pm.

 

Where is the Picnic in the Park taking place?

The Picnic in the Park will be held at Zabeel Park, Gate 5.

 

Will there be parking?

Yes, there is plenty of parking outside the Gate 5 entrance at Zabeel Park.

 

Is there an admission fee?

No, the Picnic in the Park is free of charge. You need to register here to secure your entrance. 

 

How do I get a ticket?

You can register here, please note you must register by Friday, 23rd February. You will receive a confirmation email which you can present at the registration desk upon arrival to the park. Once you arrive you will receive your wristband and meal vouchers and a raffle ticket. 

 

Can I register on behalf of someone else? 

Yes, you can register for up to 4 guests.

 

Am I allowed to bring my pets?

No, pets are not allowed at the venue.

 

What do I need to bring to enter the event?

You will need to show either the confirmation email you received upon registration or your HSBC Staff ID.

What is included in the meal vouchers?

Your meal voucher will include:

• 2 snack vouchers

• 1 main course voucher

• 1 ice-cream voucher

Unlimited popcorn, cotton-candy, soft drinks, juices and water will be available throughout the day for everyone.

 

What are the food and beverage options?

There will be a variety of food options, including vegan, vegetarian. These can be redeemed through meal vouchers you receive at the registration.
